What Time to Start Hike

What time should I start hiking each day and what time should I arrive at each place to stay for the night?

While everyone can decide their own time on self-guided hikes, we do not recommend leaving before sunrise. Before 8:00 am, there are no park rangers on the trails should you need assistance.
