Sleeping Mats

The high-density mats are usually about 1.6 cm (0.63 in) thick. A high-density or HR (high resilience) foam mat has a density greater than 25 kg/m³ (1.6 lb/ft²). HR foam is a state-of-the-art material and is usually made of viscoelastic, which was created by NASA.
